How to register
- Download app via play store or app store
- Sign up to the app
- Enter valid personal details to register
- Enter the verification code received
- Create a 4-digit pin number
- Answer security questions
How to add a payment instrument
- Select ‘Payment Methods’ from the menu
- Click on ‘ADD NEW ACCOUNT’
- Submit entering Account Type, Account Number and a Nickname
- Proceed entering randomly given amount
Register as a Merchant
- Select ‘Settings’ from the menu and ‘Merchant’ from settings list
- Fill ‘Merchant Registration’ form and enroll
- Visit the nearest Bank of Ceylon branch and follow the SmartPay merchant application process
- Enter the verification code you received
