Foreign banks that maintain a correspondent account in USA are required to complete USA PATRIOT Act Certification. Therefore to meet this requirement, BOC has duly completed USA Patriot Act Certification, to be used by any Financial Institution that requires such certification from BOC or its overseas branches.
